Keller Williams Realty Outer Banks needed a site to market and sell their property development of Phase 1 and Phase 2 residential homes at Jarvis Landing in Jarvisburg, NC. I designed and built a Wix website that the team could update easily, aligning the look and feel to the existing logo and brand elements. The structure highlights available models and lots, explains the community, and guides buyers from interest to inquiry without extra steps.

A Local Necessities section, blog, contact forms, and chat round out the experience. The result is a modern, on-brand sales tool that helps buyers find the right home quickly and gives the Jarvis Landing team a platform they can maintain in-house.

A core feature is an Available Units experience with a custom filtering system I had to learn to code in JavaScript. Buyers can narrow options by bedrooms, bathrooms, garage count, and square footage, then click directly into matching homes.

I also built an interactive site plan that lets users click on lots to see availability and pop-up details that deep-link to each home’s page. This required layered imagery, precise hit areas, and logic to manage states and pop-ups so the experience stays fast and clear.
