[OVERVIEW]
This project focused on developing a strong visual identity for an organization within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to support the Strategic Industry Conversation IX: Innovation, Research & Development Showcase—an event convening government leaders, industry partners, and researchers.
Beyond creating a unique logo, I was asked to build a comprehensive campaign system (color, type, iconography, layout rules, and templates) that would work across stage signage, badges, presentation decks, social graphics, and web. Every element had to adhere to the DHS Branding Guidelines and accessibility standards, while still carving out a distinct visual voice for the hosting organization.
Multiple logo options were created and presented to the client, each designed to align with the organization's mission of promoting innovative technology.
These options were refined based on client feedback and tested in realistic mockups, allowing the client to fully visualize how the final designs would appear across various materials.
