Our sales team needed a way for prospects to understand product capabilities without a live meeting, before and during the pandemic. I proposed a self-guided, interactive demo that clients could explore on their own time, reducing scheduling friction and widening reach.
I evaluated tools, and ended up selecting the older program Adobe Captivate, and taught myself the platform under a tight timeline. Working with sales, R&D, IT, marketing, and legal, I built clear content flows, created all visuals from scratch, and prototyped interactions to make the experience intuitive and on brand.
