I offered up my photography skills when I saw a clear gap at both BluVector and AvePoint when team portraits were always inconsistent, outdated, or missing altogether and that it was visibly eroding trust: websites felt less credible, press kits lacked polish, speaker bios and LinkedIn posts looked mismatched, and recruitment materials didn’t reflect the caliber of the teams.
Inconsistent imagery also slowed internal workflows (last-minute asset hunts, re-cropping, off-brand backgrounds) and undercut the broader brand system. A unified headshot standard would improve first impressions, speed up marketing ops, and give every teammate a professional, on-brand presence across channels and for personal use.
To solve it, I established a brand-consistent headshot program from the ground up. I planned the approach, built a simple studio setup for reliable lighting and background, and directed compact sessions that put people at ease while keeping pace.
Each subject received a focused set of polished selections with light, natural retouching that were ready for web, profiles, bios, and announcements.
